Sullivan wins senior women’s Winter Cup all-around title

LOUISVILLE, Kentucky (February 22, 2025) – Ashlee Sullivan (Richardson, Texas/Metroplex Gymnastics) won the 2025 Winter Cup all-around title to close out Saturday’s competition.

Sullivan scored a total of 53.550 to claim all-around gold, an upgrade from her Winter Cup all-around silver in 2023. She also shared the floor exercise silver medal with all-around silver medalist Jayla Hang (Bellevue, Wash./Pacific Reign Gymnastics) with a 13.050, and the balance beam bronze medal with Zoe Molomo (Frisco, Texas/Metroplex Gymnastics) with a 13.550. Hang won all-around silver with a 53.000 followed by teammate Simone Rose (Sammamish, Wash./Pacific Reign Gymnastics) in third with a 52.700.

In event competition, Nola Matthews (Gilroy, Calif./Airborne Gymnastics Training Center) claimed floor exercise gold with a 13.300 and Alicia Zhou (San Antonio, Texas/Love Gymnastics) won uneven bars with a 13.650. The beam title (13.850) was shared between Claire Pease (Sunnyvale, Texas/WOGA Gymnastics) and Tatum Drusch (White Bear Lake, Minn./Flips Gymnastics LLC). Molomo secured vault gold with a two-vault average score of 13.725 (13.900, 13.550).

Winter Cup weekend concludes Sunday with junior women’s competition at 9 a.m. ET, followed by the Nastia Liukin Cup at 12:30 p.m., and senior men at 4:30 p.m. All sessions will continue to stream free on the USA Gymnastics YouTube channel.
